Whether ROC fees paid on behalf of the Client is liable for Service tax ????

if you are collected as reimbursement of Exps or Tax . not attract service tax only service charges collected for ROC formalities attract service tax . It bifurcation should be clearly Mentioned in Bill or Invoice Copy.Otherwise entire Bill ST will applicable.
