Is Input tax credit of Service tax paid by Service Receiver on Reverse Charge Mechanism , available to Service Receiver for discharging other service tax liability ?
For example:
Service tax is paid by insurance companies on the services of insurance agents.
Now will the credit of service tax available to the insurance company or not ?
