Dear sir,
Iam doing service tax audit there i found
One of the advocate is providing services on retainership basis.i have a doubt. For his services whether reverse charge under service tax applicable or not ? Please give the answer as early as possible and do needful.

Dear Mahesh,
Service tax is applicable under reverse charges but there is Delhi HC Judgement and other HC judgement because of which still service tax is not being levied on services provided by advocates.
