15 October 2012 hi, i have purchased a underconstruction flat fronm x person, and x-person purchased this flat presviously from builder, now the building is under construction who will pay service tax , the first buyer or me(second purchaser)

16 October 2012 on value of immovable property purchased there is no ST.
On the balance construction there wouldbe a ST payable by you to the builder.
