hi, i have purchased a underconstruction flat fronm x person, and x-person purchased this flat presviously from builder, now the building is under construction who will pay service tax , the first buyer or me(second purchaser)

on value of immovable property purchased there is no ST.
On the balance construction there wouldbe a ST payable by you to the builder.

thanx sir, but i have confusion still, if i purchased that flat fqom exowner whch was 80 percnt completed, and still under construction, my agreement value is 11 lac, how much i have to pay to builder now
