I HAVE MOBILE TOWER ON HOTEL I HAVE SERVICE TAX NUMBER AND I USE TO PAY SERVICE TAX ON HOTEL SERVICES.

As you are already paying service tax on hotel services, you are required to pay service tax on rent whatever you receive.
