service tax on reimbursement of exp/out of pocket exp. whether levy or Not. and most important thing that we should Two invoice or single invoice to charge service tax.

No Service tax applicable on re-imbursement expences if claimed in seperate invoice as per actuals with providing bills for actual expences paid
