WE ARE PVT LTD CO. & SERVICE RECEIVER WE WANT TO DEPOSIT SERVICE TAX ON REPAIR OF MACHINE SERVICE PROVIDER IS INDIVIDUAL & HE IS NOT CHARGING ANY SERVICE TAX

PLEASE TELL ME THE RATE OF SERVICE TAX WITH EXAMPLE LIKE

100x12.36%

OR

75X12.36%

05 December 2012 Your case does not fall under REVERSE charge. So if that individual is not charging service tax... may be he is having business less than service tax limit.
