WE ARE PVT LTD CO. & SERVICE RECEIVER WE WANT TO DEPOSIT SERVICE TAX ON REPAIR OF MACHINE SERVICE PROVIDER IS INDIVIDUAL & HE IS NOT CHARGING ANY SERVICE TAX
PLEASE TELL ME THE RATE OF SERVICE TAX WITH EXAMPLE LIKE

Your case does not fall under REVERSE charge. So if that individual is not charging service tax... may be he is having business less than service tax limit.
