Dear Sir,
I have one querry related to Service tax matter. One Co has entered in to contract with
third party for production of cattle feed.In the contract of the company
third party will provide raw material for production of cattle feed as per
their formulation.Now company responsibilty lies in the processing of
ingriedient and bagging the final product.Packing material will be provided
by third party.Now kindly give us your valuable advice in wheather
the serivce tax will be charged agst the processing charges invoice raised
to third party .Looking forward your kind advice in this regard.

You are available the service of the company with whom you are in contract so you have to pay service tax on the service amount charged by the company contract with you.
