MOBILE TOWER ON TERRACE IN HOUSING SOCIETY . YEARLY RENT MORE THEN 10 LAC.. IT IS REQUIRED TO PAY SERVICE TAX ON IT....

It will fall under renting of immovable property and service tax applicable.

yes.. rent of mobile tower is service and hence the service provider is liable to pay service tax. Also TDs need to deducted by the service receiver while making payment for the same.
