Service tax on mobile recharege commission

Since commission agent services are covered under Business Auxiliary services. Hence they are taxable services.
Under new service Tax regime applicable from July 1, 2012. All services other than services appearing in the negative list are taxable. Therefore there is no change under current regime also.
