I am Chandrakant Mundra, working at Nigeria. I am buying one pension plan. I want to ask is service tax chargeable on premium paid by NRI from NRE account.

YES U CAN PAYABLE S TAX ON INSURANCE PLANS.
INSURANCE COMPANY LIABILITY FOR PAYMENT OF S TAX, SO THEY WILL COLLECT AND PAID TO GOVT.,
