Dear expert
i have taken GTA service to carry the goods to debtors while booking the goods in transport company i have paid RS. 7500 to transport company, hence i have charge this RS. 7500 in the debtors bill as freight outward,
My Query is who is liable to pay 25% ST under reverse charges whether me or my debtors.

Since you have paid the freight you have to pay service tax and claim it from your debtors.

WHO WILL PAY THE FREIGHT DIRECTLY TO THE TRANSPORTER , WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE SERVICE TAX UNDER REVERSE CHARGE.
SO HERE YOU ARE LIABLE TO PAY THE SERVICE TAX.

Based on the information given, and as per my opinion
The person paying freight is liable to pay service tax, in your case if you fit into the prescribed guidelines of pure agent then your debtor would be liable, or else you would be liable.
