Dear All,
If a GTA pays Height Fine while transportation of goods and the bill he raises is of Rs. 21,500 ( Rs. 1500 Included as Height Fine). Then on what amount will service tax be payable ? Rs. 20,000 or Rs.21,500.

TDS will b payable on Rs. 20,000. i.e, excluding the fine amount.
