A MANUFACTURING CO RECEIVES SERVICES ON TRANSPORT GOODS OUTWARD . CAN THE COMPANY TAKE SERVICE TAX CREDIT ON CARRIAGE OUTWARD.

only GTA service S Tax payment only cash paid, not take credit of any input or any duty paid amount cannot credit take for payment of GTA Service only.
clarity to read CBEC Master Circular No. 97/08/2007-st dated 23-08-2007
as per rule 3 of cenvat 2004
are pay cash for GTA Services and credt taken in are 1,2,3,4,5 returns
only in S TAX GTA payment paid through cash not a credit adjustment.
