23 January 2013 prior to 01.07.2012 there were 9 categories under reverse mechanism for paymment service tax on freight and after 01.07.2012 there is 7 categories excl. cos formed under cos act, 1956 and corporation.
Does it mean cos registered under cos act need not to pay service tax on freight
