After 01.07.2012, whether private Limited company is required to pay SErvice TAx on freight under reverse mechanism.

Freight - Goods Transport Agency service receiver need to pay the service tax under reverse charge mechanism even after 1.7.12 also

prior to 01.07.2012 there were 9 categories under reverse mechanism for paymment service tax on freight and after 01.07.2012 there is 7 categories excl. cos formed under cos act, 1956 and corporation.
Does it mean cos registered under cos act need not to pay service tax on freight

Does not mean not to pay service tax on freight, it means not under reverse charge method
