I TOOK FRANCHISEE OF COURIER AGENCY , I COLLECT SERVICE TAX ON THE COURIER BILL , AFTER TAKING BACK MY COMMISSION , I REMIT THE BALANCE TO FRANCHISER , WHAT SHALL BE MY SERVICE TAX LIABILITY AS A FRANCHISEE .

The amount which is collected by u as service tax at the time of raising the invoice is ur liability to pay Service Tax.

what about the franchise commission I received , no service tax liability on that

If u have not collected Service Tax on that then no question of liability arise.
