Respected Sir/Mam,
Please let me know about applicability of service tax on director sitting fees. We are paying Director sitting fees of Rs 20000/- in each meeting so please let me know applicability of service tax on this? how will the Service Liability will be computed?? And can i get cenvat credit for the same?

The company needs to pay service tax @12.36% on reverse charge mechnism.
