If a person providing construction services i.e. construction of educational institute like school colleges then service tax is payable or not as services provided to educational institute are exempted

amendment comes from 1april 2016 ..i am not able to understand that language properly ....Tell ....is tax on construction of educational institute applicable for the period 2011 to 2015 ?

For Govt schools no service tax applicable during the period. For private schools service tax payable during the period in respect of construction works.
