i AM OWNER OF A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY(office) IN MUMBAI AND HAVE GIVEN THE SAME ON LEAVE AND LICENSE BASIS @ RS. 15,000/- P.M. pl. ADVISE WHETHER i HAVE TO PAY SERVICE TAX, AND IF APPLICABLE PL INFORM HOW MUCH IS TO BE PAID.
