Service tax on Amount received in Jammu & Kashmir

My question is that if I am running the business of transport services. The builty as at To Be Paid basis i.e. payment is made at the delivery point by the party. If I booked the materil for Jammu & Kashmir from Kochi. Whether Service tax is impossed on this transaction, as ON j&k THERE is no servbice tax liability.

If the freight agency is in Kochi and the receiving company is in JK. Then there is no liability of service tax.
According to the Service Tax Law, in the case of freight there is a reverse charge i.e the person receiving the service has to pay service tax. hence there is no liability on the transporter in Kochi
So far as the company in JK is concerned, Service tax in not applicable in jK, hence there is no authority in JK to receive the service tax amount, so there in no need to pay service tax by the company in JK also
