    We are in business of Jewellery & Gems. We give advertisement in various channel & publication through our advertisement agency located in Jammu & Kashmire. Advertisement agency not charging service Tax on our bill nor any publication/channel charges service tax to advertisement agency. Wehther service tax in not application for both the transaction?

    If the one Co.A lIMITED GOODS from its Branch in Kochi to its another branch in Jammu from our Transport Agency . The payment is also received in Jammu. Whether the Service Tax is imposed on this builty or not.
