We are in business of Jewellery & Gems. We give advertisement in various channel & publication through our advertisement agency located in Jammu & Kashmire. Advertisement agency not charging service Tax on our bill nor any publication/channel charges service tax to advertisement agency. Wehther service tax in not application for both the transaction? -

If the one Co.A lIMITED GOODS from its Branch in Kochi to its another branch in Jammu from our Transport Agency . The payment is also received in Jammu. Whether the Service Tax is imposed on this builty or not.
