04 June 2012 my cleint registered in service tax 'renting of immovable property ' but he is collecting service tax for both the purposes i.e . renting of the property and amenties provided ?
my query is : - whether he has to collect and pay the service tax for the above services separately if not the under which catogories
highly needful

05 June 2012 For renting it would be under the category of renting of immovable prop. Services. And for amenities under business support services and he has to collect service tax separately for amenities
