Whether Service tax liability arise
if a private company provides service of construction of Dry Port under Work contract to CONCOR(container corporation of india limited,a govt company).....????

ASK TO COMPANY FOR FINANCE MINISTRY SECRETARY SIGNED COPY OF SPECIAL EXEMPTION TO CONCOR
IN CASE NOT TOLE WRITE A LETTER TO UR CONCERN DIVISIONAL OFFICE ALONG WITH TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT, ADJUDICATION WING, ADC AND COMMISSIONER FOR ANY EXEMPTION TO CONCOR
THEY WILL REPLAY WITH IN 30 DAYS FOR UR QUARRY IT IS THEIR DUTY AND FUTURE REFERENCE PURPOSE U PRESERVE THAT LETTER AND EVIDENCE.
