if firm started its business from 01.02.2013 availing transport services from the day one but registered with service tax departement on 31.10.2013.From which day one it service tax liability applicable.

In such a case registration should be made within 30 days from 1st feb 2013

Firm has been registered with service tax department but my query is for service tax liability effect from day one of starting of business or from date of registration date.
