25 November 2010 I entered into contract for maintenance of machines for Rs.25000/- per quarter. Penalty for deficiency in service is 1% of bill amount. If I receive Rs. 24750/-, my service tax wii be on Rs.24750/- (received amount) & not on Rs.25000
