27 February 2014 Pls anybody tell me service provider in india but service receipt in out side india. Service providing outside india. so whether service tax chargeable or not?

27 February 2014 Yr query is on the point of ,"place of provision." If in case of service the place of provision is out of taxable teritorry there is no service tax.In yr case you have to state the service provided,place of immovable property,location of SP and SR.Alternatively pl.refer all rules of POP Rules,2012.
