A private limited company is constructing a private freight terminal (Rail linked ICD), is the company liable to pay service tax on work contract. please suggest me.

Irrespective of the fact that contract is made or not, you are liable to pay for the service provided by you as it is not a part of negative service nor it is exempted service.

Dear Sir,
we have fixed value contract with contractor. contractor will handover us earth filing, paved CFS area, admin building and warehouse, rail lines etc.
