If service provider is not charged service tax being small company then service receiver will liable to pay service tax if is large scale industry

If turnover of service provider is less than rs 10 lakhs in previous year then Small service provider exemption benefit can be availed. There is as such no criterion in service tax regarding large scale company and small company.
