AS PER THE EXPERT ANSWER GIVEN BY U IN CA CLUB IS TOTTALLY INCORRECT IN RELATION TO UTILIZATION OF CENVAT CREDIT BY FLAT BUILDERS.THEY CANNOT CLAIM CENVAT CREDIT AND ABATEMENT SIMULTANEOUSLY AM A CA FINAL STUDENT.I WOULD LIKE TO GET MORE CLARIFICATION.PLEASE RESPOND TO MAHESHNAMBIDI@GMAIL.COM
