Can any body tell me that :
I was liable to service tax charge in F.Y 2010-11. But my turnover is not exceed of rs 9,00,000 for current year. can i add service tax in my bill amount

For Current year it is mandatory to charge service tax. (F.Y 2011-12)
As condition is in "previous year" turnover should be less than Rs 10 lakhs.
In F.y 2012-13, you can claim SSI benefit. (If turnover in F.Y.2011-12 remains less than Rs 10 lakhs.)
