Abatement on errection & installation service

earlier the said abatement on this service was covered under Notofication 01/2006 S.T. DATED 01-03-2006.
Recently, a new notification 26/2012 has been issued (applicable wef 01-07-12) covering 12 services,nither of them include "Errection & installation".
pl confirm,if abatement in said service is still available under Not 01/2006 or same is not available as the same service is not covered under new not.26/2012.
should Not.26/2012 be considered as final for all kinds of abatement.
