Hello people I Have following question-
I Have purchased a commercial premises for which i have paid service Tax to builder and also agreement disclose the service tax amount so paid to him.
I have leased the premises to a corporate office against which i am collecting the service tax - Can i able set off service tax paid to builder against service tax collected form renting of immovable property.
