we are planning to raise an invoice for professional designing of T-Shirt for Rs 6L including service tax.
we would like to take service tax credit for the services we have received, i.e on Internet charges, so please let me know whether we are able to take the credit.

Input services includes services used in relation to computer networking also. If your services are relating to web based , you can take the credit.
