GST liabilities ( NO. RCM) whether can be set off from service tax input .

Yes, you can file tran 1 take ITC and set off GST Liability with transitional credit. Except RCM liability.

For that you have to fill Tran-1.
Such input is transferred to your electronic credit ledger & from there you can adjust it with your GST payable.....
