Provisions of Cenvat Credit Rules,2004 are applicable if you wish to claim Input credit of service tax paid.However, rules have covered specific cases to allow the Cenvat Credit of Service tax paid. Would be helpful to guide you exactly if you could tell the nature of business or profession and services you are availing to manufacture or provision of service.
