dear all,
pl find the below querry and suggest.
x company has been awarded civil construction work by SEZ unit, and x company wants to sub contract the work.
In this case will sub contractor charge service tax to x company.
Or is by any notification get refund of such service tax.

Yes the sub-contractor will charge ST. Refund for what ?
