Service tax for rent a property

Hi!
I am dealing in laptop / computer supply on rent. I have rented my 1 property for business. Should I charge service tax for renting a property or not.
Kindly suggest.

If your rental value exceed Treshhold limit of Rs.10 lakhs PA for commercial property than you have to register for service tax and start to collect service tax.
