Please Expert answer my query I have asked on 21st June about How & where to pay the
service Tax when Branch has surrender their Service Tax Registration after Mumbai corporate office obtained Centralise registration & service tax auditors raised a demand after branch audit

service tax registration of branch surrendared, so the accouting of service tax and returns / records are maintained by central office .right?
audit has been done for previous period...... and demand has been raised....does not matter with registration place,
if u admit the demand, then pay under centralized registration and submit the challan xerox to audit party/ your previous R/O, file the return with such challan in centralized registration only.

as old ST regn no and new st regn no both are covered with same PAN, so it would not matter for department if the revenue is paid.
