Service tax credit on insurance.

04 January 2016 Service Tax credit (CENVAT) on payment of insurance on FINISHED GOODS (stock) and Fixed Assets like furniture, machinery, car (Used in business purpose) availed or not ??
Its helpful to me if you suggest me some case laws for reference.

05 January 2016 Cenvat is available for insurance of finished goods and for machinery, u can claim 50% cenvat in first year balance in next year however u can not claim cenvat on furniture and car bcz u are taxi provider courier agency or motor driving school it is not a capital goods for yoy
