Kindly update me service tax credit. How it works. Is it like excise cenvat taken. Please also update me from where i can read about service rule and terms.

I am not clear what you want to understand me. please give me your valuable answer.
Que- 2. for Example:- we received a bill for Rs-11000/- for the security guards supply from ABC. now we have to calculate Service Tax on 75% of bill value Service Payable- 1020/-. now please clear what will be the TDS Payable= Rs-1100/- or Rs - 1202/-. please clear what amt will be the TDS payable and why.

TDS you have to pay on the total bill which includes the main bill plus ST
ST you have to pay separately.
You can adjust ST if you have received on some other heads and balance you can pay.
