sir ,
we have paid land registration fees to government for mining activities,
and we take the reimbursement from our client for this exp,
so i want to asked that can we raised the bill of reimbursement with service tax for this exp to our client?

No service tax applicable for land registration fess paid to government(applies to reimbursement as well)
