30 January 2015 Kindly suggest under which category service tax payable for film production house. Film production company is raising bill to financer for film production as per stages.

assesse is providing all type of activities in film production like selecting starcast, shooting location, music for film, shooting, getting dubbing through studio . Means all activities for film production and in contract with film financer who will have the copy rights of the film after the completion of film.
