Service tax benifit of salaried person

Dear All
I am a salaried person and purchased a Under construction House property. As it is under constructed property I required to pay service tax on the same, do I get any tax Benifit of the said amount paid as Service Tax. Should I arrange the same as part of Bank Loan and Take the benifit of Principal Amount payment.

Yes it can be part of bank loan and take the benefit of principal amount payment.

Yes, You can claim as deduction and stamp duty and registration fees also

THANKING YOU FOR THE REPLY.. WHAT IF I PAY THE AMOUNT THROUGH CASH SINCE THE REGISTRATION FEES NEEDS ACCOUNT WITH SBI ONLY..WE HAD REGISTER THE SAME PAYING DEMAND DRAFT. CAN I CLAIM DEDUCTION FOR THE SAME.

Yes you can claim even if you have paid registration fees in cash.
