09 August 2012 Person Providing writing service in Companies newsletter for that Writer Service tax is applicable or not.If Applicable then What is the Limit also if Person is an indivisual then Service tax Registration no is mandatory or not.

09 August 2012 Under the negative list regime, this will amount to service. The limit is same...10lakh. Once this limit is crossed during 1.7.2012 to 31/3/2013, start chaging service tax. Registration you may take right now as well.
