I will pay freight Rs.38100.00/-,Party give PAN No. to me. service tax amount?

There is no relation between PAN number and service tax.

hope your question is related to TDS. if yes, you can deduct TDS 2.06% on freight amount.

freight charges is not eligible for service tax.
