hi, im pramod
i need a small clarification regarding service tax applicabilty to travel agent..
if travel agent books room in a hotel for client and hotel pays commission to agent then on such commoission agent is liable to pay service tax or not?
please reply me

Yes the agent is liable pay service tax on such commission.
