Service tax also having category of service under work contract services, you need to charge the same
rate will be based on regular or composition scheme

What if we change the premises from one state to another. Can amendment in service tax registration be done? or I have to surrender service tax registration. and apply for new in other state?

you can just give the amendment for the new address with existing new address. no need to surrender
