11 August 2013 Is there any exemption for dredging equipments given on hire with manpower and fuel cost on contractors account for working in port for maintenance dredging?

11 August 2013 The service is liable to service tax or not to be answered only on the basis of contract. The dredger is a machine and hiring the dredger with transfer of possession ad control may amount to transfer of right to use and may not be taxable
