Please let me know whether service tax is applicable on maintenance charges recovered from member in company registered under section 25 of the comapnies act

Dear Abhishek,
Explanation 3 of Clause (44) of Section 65B says if the Service has been provided by a club to its members is taxable Service.
In your case are you taking some services from the company or on what account you are paying maintenance charges ???
