24 October 2016 Annual Return?? I think u r asking about the half yearly return of Service Tax. Service Tax return is uploaded in 2 halfs, from 1st April to 30th Sept. and 1st Oct. to 31st March and the due dates for filing the return is 25th October and 25th April respectively.
